Security Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection. Also, we have never or will ever sell or share any of the contact information you provide us. Any and all of your personal information is guarded and will only be used to contact you in regards to your order.
Payment We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment.
We also accept PayPal.
We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
Phone Orders We gladly accept Phone Orders for any of the products available on our site! Due to contractual agreements, some items may only be available for preview on ruggedsole.com. Phone items are listed for your benefit to let you know what is available in our store, but not available on ruggedsole.com.
In order to place a Phone Order, please give us a call or e-mail 212.477.7555(ruggedsole@gmail.com) between the hours of 10:30am and 8pm EST Monday through Saturday, or on Sunday 12pm - 6pm EST. A total and shipping cost can be given to you before a payment is necessary. Please have your credit card details or PayPal account e-mail ready when calling.
Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) have not been used, worn, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and handling is not refundable. You must pay for the shipping charges when returning.
*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for cash refund and items returned within 30 days will be issued store credit. We do not do exchanges. We will issue credit/refund for your returned item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion. If you think the item might sell out by the time we credit you back, order the item that you want from our website.

International Custom Duties International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Rugged Sole. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
